Not design for France and no support after refund windows.
I trust dialora team to improve the service for a French company after the refund window because the support was reacting to make me wait best performance.
4 month after my purchase there is no progress and no information on considering French speaking.
I still waiting for an answer of a one month old email to support (6 march).
I understand that the support was reacting during the window refund and now I am not an issue.
I regret this purchase and can’t be refund.
