Not so transparent

What I expected: A wholesale-style price via a credit system that would reduce costs on calls.
What I experienced: The actual rate charged was $0.20 per minute, which is significantly higher than the typical $0.08 per minute I’ve seen elsewhere.
The issue: The pricing was advertised as “credit”-based, but there was little to no clear, accessible breakdown of how credits translate to per-minute costs. I felt the true cost was hidden
Documentation: I asked for an clear credit-to-price breakdown, but the responses were slow and didn’t provide a transparent answer.
Impact: My monthly costs would be higher than expected, and I had to spend extra time chasing a straightforward explanation.
Recommendation: If you’re choosing a provider, ask for a transparent per-minute rate and a clear, public explanation of how credits work, including expiration and any non-use fees. I’d recommend other options until they improve pricing clarity and transparency.

Thanks for your feedback — let me clarify how our pricing actually works so it’s fully transparent. Every plan comes with a one-time pool of credits, and now you get recurring monthly credits as well on each Tier. If you ever go above that (which is already a lot of usage), you can grab an add-on at $20 for 1,000 credits.

That rate already includes everything — carrier costs, AI voice, LLM processing, transcription, and call recording. Some competitors advertise lower per-minute numbers (like $0.08), but that’s usually just the voice cost alone, and you still pay extra for the rest. With Dialora you’re getting all-inclusive pricing upfront, so there are no hidden surprises.

We’ll continue improving our documentation to make this clearer right from the start 🙏 — and we really appreciate you raising it.
