SO Disappointed - buyer be ware of one time credits
I gave Dialora two taco because support was able to get on call with me to go over details about call credits other wise it would have been a one taco for me. The platform claims to be for agency and their clients tier4 . But one thing that I did not like totally about the platform is the fact that the platform has basically a oversell of others products like vapi etc. There's no benefit in not having any reoccurring credits each month. Also the credits equate to 10 credits is one minute on the platform. But if I use my credits up, which is only one time, the 8,000 credits on tier 4 appsumo deal, tier 4 service is only 800 minutes and only get that in the first month. So I don't see the full benefit of this platform as it does not deliver when it comes to having benefits of a lifetime deal.
