Strong Potential, But Missing Key Features and Deal Flexibility
Hi,
I’ve been setting up an inbound AI agent for my agency, using Dialora, and I can see a lot of potential in the platform. The Workflow Builder is intuitive with modules like Say, Condition, Gather, API Request, Transfer Call, and End Call, but right now it feels too limited to build complete inbound workflows without external help.
For example, you can’t properly branch multi-path conversations beyond Conditions, you can’t map the different services as I know. These are all essential if you want an agent to qualify, book, and route leads automatically. At the moment, much of this has to be done through Zapier or Make automations. With more advanced modules built directly into Dialora, the platform could replace a lot of those external automations and become a true all-in-one system for agencies.
I was also disappointed with the deal structure. While most AppSumo tools give you monthly allocated credits, Dialora only provides a one-time pool of credits. That makes it harder to plan for steady usage and long-term scaling, especially if you’re running continuous inbound campaigns. For an AI voice platform that’s designed to handle calls every day, a renewable monthly model makes far more sense.
Other important gaps:
No Norwegian phone number and language support, which is a blocker for me since I need to serve local clients in their language. But support told me they are looking into it.
Free phone numbers per plan should be standardised, at least from Tier 3 upwards. As it stands, users get penalised for scaling when every tier should come with the same baseline of included numbers.
At least include the credits for each month!
Kindly,
Marcus
Because of these issues, I can’t give 5 stars yet. That said, the foundation is strong. The call quality is clear, the integrations through Zapier work reliably, and the potential here is undeniable. If Dialora improves its Workflow Builder with more modules, introduces proper international support, and revisits its deal structure, this could easily become the go-to AI voice platform for agencies that want to capture, qualify, and convert every inbound call. If not, I'm afraid I will go for a refund.

Sep 4, 2025Hi Marcus, thanks so much for your detailed feedback — this is exactly the kind of insight that helps us build a better product. 🙏
You’re right: Dialora has a strong foundation — and we’re committed to evolving it into the all-in-one voice automation platform agencies like yours need.
On Workflow Builder Limitations:
We agree 100%. That’s why:
• Advanced branching logic,
• Dynamic variable management,
• Multi-service routing, and
• Integrated booking modules
…are all actively in development. We’re building toward the level of control you’d expect from tools like Botpress — without the steep learning curve.
On International Support:
Norwegian number support and multi-language TTS/STT are on our roadmap. Thanks for highlighting this — we’ll bump it up in priority based on demand. If you’d be open to testing once we have coverage, we’d love your input.
On Deal Structure + Monthly Credits:
You’re right — most AppSumo users are used to monthly allocations. Our one-time minute pool was designed to offer lifetime value with cost certainty, but…
We’ve now proposed deeply discounted monthly top-up add-ons (90% off normal rates) — currently under review by the AppSumo team. We’ll notify all Tier 3+ users the moment it’s live.
We’d love to earn your 5 stars by making Dialora a platform you truly rely on — not just test.
Thanks again for being an early believer and holding us to a high standard.
