Strong product with responsive support
Dialora has been a very positive purchase for us so far. The AI agents sound convincingly human, and the platform already feels useful for handling inbound calls and some quite complex customer enquiries.
What stands out most is the support. The team has been responsive, open to feedback, and clearly committed to improving the product. It is also reassuring to see active development and new features being worked on, rather than a static tool with no roadmap.
There are still areas that can improve, but the direction is strong and the team appear genuinely engaged. For the price on AppSumo, this feels like a very good deal.
