I am assuming yes because of Flutter, but then the copy mentions Flutter and Android.
2. Also, can I push the code created with Digia to GitHub (assuming I get the add-on)?
3. Just to confirm, are all add-ons a one-time fee? Or is any that is recurring?

1) Yes apps are flutter based, so yes iOS apps are also supported by design( will get the copy fixed)
2) Digia is a SDUI framework, so we dont generate code per say, we generate SDUI config which gets pushed to github if you take the add on, which is further used for git first behaviours of branching etc, for git we store the config in YAML format
3) All add ons are LTD deals, so one time only. though if you build a successfull app and it crosses 25K installs from digia on an average in case you have not bought add on you might need to buy it later.
