Q: Use own existing Infra / import existing projects?

Dear Team,
3 questions:
1) Do you plan to implement also OpenAI based BYOK (Ollama, etc) ?
2) Can I import also an existing (saas platform) project / codebase into Digia ?
3) Can I also used our existing infrastructur for new project ?

Thanks for asking. Here are the answers:

1.Currently our AI Builder runs on Gemini APIs with fair usage limits included in the paid plans to make onboarding and experimentation easier.

We do plan to unlock BYOK support soon so teams can use their preferred cloud AI providers with Digia. However, Digia is designed as a cloud-based platform, so fully self-hosted/local model setups like Ollama are not supported right now.

The core problem Digia solves is helping teams skip traditional Play Store/App Store release cycles through a server-driven architecture, so the platform is deeply cloud-oriented by design.

That said, if self-hosted AI becomes a strong recurring use case from customers, we’d be happy to explore it on the roadmap.

Not directly. Digia is a server-driven mobile app platform, not a traditional “import your entire SaaS codebase” builder.

Digia Studio integrates into existing mobile apps as an SDK dependency and helps teams unlock faster release velocity without waiting for App Store/Play Store approvals.

You can gradually adopt Digia for onboarding flows, experiments, paywalls, feature rollouts, profile sections, and dynamic screens while continuing to use your existing app and architecture.

For teams building more deeply with Digia, we also support creating native app shells. This gives developers the flexibility to continue doing platform-native experiences natively, while powering highly dynamic and actively experimented screens through Digia.

Yes, absolutely.

Digia is designed to work alongside your existing infrastructure — very similar to how teams integrate Firebase SDKs or Remote Config into their apps.

You can continue using your current backend, APIs, authentication, analytics, databases, and services while unlocking Server-Driven UI capabilities through Digia.

Digia Studio also includes an API Client that supports REST and GraphQL integrations, making it easy to connect with your existing systems instead of replacing them.
