I need a chatbot that can be accessed by my work collegues to help answer questions while I am away, is this possible? if so can I create a unique url that my collegues can access themselves and chat with the chatbot?
You can create a WebSite Chatbot in Agent settings and add the embeded code to your website. By doing this, you are able to share your website URL with colleagues so that they can access the chatbot on your website.
Additionally, we plan to introduce a unique URL for each chatbot, allowing direct access to the chatbot without the need for embedding.

Q: Are the Training Character Limits correct?
It looks like for Tier 1 each bot would get up to 5 Million training characters (a piece).
But for Tier 2 each bot would only get up to 3.3 Million training characters (a piece).
And then for Tier 3 it goes even lower with a max of 3 Million training characters (a piece).
The Training Character Limits are correct. Training Character is a total amount shared across all chatbots, rather than being calculated for each chatbot, because a same knowledge base (KB) can be used by different chatbots.

I am exploring this platform and I would like to keep this app forever... In this moment one of the features I want to request is Refine Replies, with that capability will make us easy life to continue training our chatbot through replies history. Sometimes the AI give a reply with 80% accuracy, with Refine replies feature will help us to get the 100% accuracy in the next time with similar questions. So there any roadmap page that let us know the current and future development?
