I purchased Dinorank through AppSumo on October 16, 2022, for $139, hoping it would streamline our client management. Unfortunately, this has been a nightmare of repeated data deletions and unresponsive support over the past three years.

The core issue? Their system automatically purges your client data if it detects no login activity within a 30-day window. The first incident was entirely on me—I hadn't logged in and lost some data as a result. Fair enough; I own that mistake. But the next two deletions were inexplicable and devastating. Despite my consistent logins, their platform simply failed to register them, wiping out irreplaceable historical records.

I've been in touch with support repeatedly, opening tickets every single month since that first mishap just to verify my access and prevent further losses. Yet, I've received zero meaningful resolution—no explanations for the login recognition glitches, no fixes, and certainly no apologies. It's as if they're operating in the dark, with no real grasp on their own system's reliability.

If preserving your historical client data is even remotely important to your business, steer clear of Dinorank. This isn't just unreliable software; it's a ticking time bomb for anyone relying on it for long-term operations. Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere.

The platform deletes ALL your data if you do not log in within 30 days and gives you ONLY 24 hours to log in. You cannot access with different devices (not at the same time) because it gives you a 403 error, so if you don't have the PC from where you registered, you are sold. If you go on holiday for more than 30 days, and you get a notice that in 24 hours they will be deleted, and you don't have the PC where you used to log in, you're sold. If you're not a top SEOinfluencer who Dean doesn't have the balls to block on Twitter, you're sold. In short, a nefarious customer service, totally preferential, so if you are thinking of buying this tool in Appsumo, think that for them, you are the appetizer.

Not to mention the tracking, which if one day it failed and gave you a ranking peak, the positioning peak (totally false) was reflected in the graph, so it was not very useful to show it to customers.

It wasn't much help either, considering that the position tracking was never ready at 8am. You had the full data at the end of the day, when the client meetings had already passed, so you had very little room for the positions to be recalculated. And so on and so forth. So, well, I have lost data, but all in all, it wasn't very reliable either. And you, is it worth losing data buying a cheap tool with bad customer service from Appsumo?

I liked them until that deleted everything I had setup to monitor 46 different domains for work.Well with in the limits of keywords and domains Have teir 3 lifetime and spent DAYS getting these all setup and getting some history. A couple weeks later and all my projects are empty. Stay away from. Too bad since I liked the info But zero return on time and money spent. This one is negative tacos

States that all future updates will be the same as the PRO plan. However, this isn't the case and they will make you PAY for new features if you want to use them. Terrible customer service, rude as anything!!! Stay away

La herramienta es en sí muy básico y aunque aquí ponga que el plan corresponde con el plan pro, no es real al cien por cien, ahora por ejemplo con el acceso a la nueva IA de dinobrain y que con el plan pro tendría que ser accesible, nos dicen que los que tenemos el plan pro a través de appsumo solo tendremos acceso al plan básico.

Así que el plan que está aquí no es el pro. Les fallo el sistema y ahora quieren cobrar más por menos
