Q: Does this support multiple Teams accounts in 1 device, or just 1?

Correct. A single Dinvy User can only connect to a single MS Teams Account. Same with Slack.
The association is made between the user's email address inside of Dinvy and their corresponding email in their MS Teams (or Slack account). The Dinvy application can then be downloaded and applied to the company's MS Teams account. It is tied to their email home account page.
For example, when I am in a client's MS Teams page, I cannot view my Dinvy bot. It is only part of my Dinvy MS Teams account page because I have toggled into their MS Teams instance.
Or with Slack, on a single screen, I can toggle between my company account and shared guest accounts. My Dinvy bot is only applicable to my company home account and I can only attach a bot to another account if it is a different Dinvy account, though it could be the same email.
