It's crucial for me to understand clearly if there is an internal chat system.
Let's imagine there is a doctor listing, and somebody wants to connect with a specific professional.
Is there a way to keep communications within the website? Sometimes delivering the first message internally (not phone or email) incourages people to signup for the platform itself.
A second aspect that I would like to clarify regards the business model I got in mind, which requires the masking of specific information until a person is logged in, without offering a monthly membership.
