I submitted my merch design weeks ago, and the status is still pending. Is there generally a waiting period on this? If so, how long and can that be listed in the merch area? That way we'd at least know that there's a wait, and if there's a determination at the end of it we can be informed why it wasn't approved so that changes can be made. My design is very simple, represents my brand and there are no words or offensive material. So I'm in the dark at the moment.
When attempting to connect Disctopia to YouTube, i'm given the warning, "Google hasn't verified this app". It goes on to warn that the app is requesting access to sensitive info in my Google Account, and until the developer verifies the app with Google, I shouldn't use it. So I have yet to connect it, though I would like to, is there a date set for verification?
Regarding the warning message you're seeing, we are still waiting for Google to verify our app. This is a standard security process, and once it’s complete, you can connect your Disctopia account to YouTube without any concerns.

Why does the "Remove branding from embed player" option not fully remove all Disctopia branding, leaving the policy link on tier 2?
Honestly, not sure. However, I had seen done prior and AS oversee's all so I figured would not post if unacceptable. Have submitted for refund but AS does not want to honor. Hope that helps
why refund? Does it not work? I bought Tier 2 and it would never register, I never got it up nor working, and they give me the run around and its only been 3 weeks or more. No one can get it to work. So sad as it looked awesome. Ah, just today finally they got it working with the help of AppSumo, so I am no longer a FREE TRIAL person. I hope that it will work. Why did you find this service poor?
