Clients see your brand, you set your own pricing, and you keep 100% of what you charge — most agencies charge $200 to $500 per month per client.

Credits are the usage currency; one credit is $0.10, and your tier comes with a one-time allocation (they don't refill monthly). Each AI response costs 1 credit on the Pro model or 0.25 on the faster Max model; AI tool use and campaign or FAQ generation also use credits. On Plan 2 and up you can connect your own Anthropic (Claude) API key (BYOK) — then all AI operations cost zero credits (you pay Anthropic directly, roughly 40 to 80% cheaper), and if your key ever fails the bot falls back to credits automatically so it never goes dark. You can top up anytime at $0.10 per credit or turn on auto-recharge.

WhatsApp (both WhatsApp Web via QR code and the official Business API), SMS, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, a website chat widget, Telegram, and Email. iMessage, LINE, and Email are in beta, and anything else can be connected as a custom channel through the API. SMS is bring-your-own-Twilio (US A2P 10DLC has to be registered in your own business's name), while WhatsApp numbers are managed for you with no Twilio account needed.
