Q: About Sub-Accounts & Credits

Hello, I'm more of a novice on the tech side so I am a little bit confused.
(1) So the number of sub accounts referenced - are they the actual number of clients you can manage as a white label under the platform?
(2) Re: the one time AI credits. What are they for? Not really understanding the use.
(3) On the plan with unlimited AI responses - are these actually using the AI credits from the plan (as shared if that's what they are for among the 100 sub accounts allowed) or are these credits per sub account. And if shared how much would more AI credits cost each client?
(4) Is there an average amount of AI credits that equate to # of messages per say? How many credits should a client look to purchase each month to keep their AI agent running? What happens when they run out mid-stream if going back and forth in conversation?

Thank you!

A: 1: yes
2: Credits are mostly used for AI actions (AI responses, tool uses, and generations) and for some minor infrastructure costs. For example, if you buy a phone number through the platform, that is also where our credits are used.
3: The credits are one-time, so they are not per sub-account. You have two options for distribution:
Manually assign credits to sub-accounts
Have them buy credits directly from you (where you can set your own pricing)
4: If they run out of credits, the AI stops responding and they receive a notification.

Regarding the average amount of credits, that is hard to say. It depends on the type of conversations they are having and what they are selling:

1. Low-ticket items:
The sales process is pretty straightforward, so chats will be a lot shorter.

2. Complex items (e.g., solar panels):
The conversations are longer and can take a lot more credits. However, in most cases, this also means selling a higher-ticket item, so it weighs out evenly.

I cannot give a specific estimate yet, but we will see if we can build some kind of calculator.
