I gotta say, I am beyond impressed with DMChamp! The software is incredible value for the price. Get it, guys!

I bumped into a couple of bugs while setting things up, so I reached out to support before heading to bed. Honestly, I expected to wait a few days for a reply, but when I woke up the next morning, BOTH bugs were already completely fixed! I got an email from Sohaib explaining everything had been fixed. Everything was running smoothly. That kind of speed and dedication to fixing issues is super rare. Huge props to the team. Definitely worth 5 stars!

I tried setting this up and for some reason it just would not work. I reached out to customer service, and they took forever to respond. I even sent a video, and still nothing. When they finally did reply, their only suggestion was to “check the documentation,” but the documentation is outdated, so that didn’t help at all.

All I was trying to do was connect Instagram. Since they don’t have a direct Instagram integration, you have to go through Meta. At the time, I didn’t even have Facebook, so I created an account just to connect it—and it still didn’t work. It has now been three days, and I still haven’t gotten the issue resolved.

You would think they would either hop on a call or at least send a walkthrough video, but no—just repeated questions about whether I read their documentation.

Honestly, you’re better off using ManyChat. I was able to set everything up there in under three minutes.

I've been a fan of this software since the very beginning. What sold me was watching the founder, Sohaid, write genuinely persuasive copy and run smart marketing — I figured that same skill set would be baked into the AI itself. So I went straight for max tier and also invested a fairly large sum in credits while the one-time bundle offer was running.

It took me a while to finally get around to testing it, and expectations were high. After the first test, I can say it really works.

I loaded a list of 15 people who had come in as leads through our ads. We had already contacted each of them once (call + SMS + email) and gotten no response, so I handed them over to DM Champ. Within the first hour, it had booked three meetings — straight into my Google Calendar, fully automated.

Next I'll train the AI further and dig into the other features on the platform. Their support has always replied fast and knew what they were talking about.

The white-label option was the single most decisive factor for me — it feels like I'll be able to sell this under my own brand going forward.

I can absolutely recommend taking a look at this. I'm genuinely excited, and I'm planning to test it at a much larger scale next. The possibilities are close to limitless once you can train the AI to fit the exact situation. Big recommendation.

We run an English language school in Barcelona, so not an agency and I've spent the last few weeks building out our WhatsApp AI agent using DM Champ's structured config fields. Wanted to leave a proper review because a few things earned it.

The six-field setup — personality, goal, company info, rules, conversation flow, and alert-human triggers — sounds simple until you try to encode something genuinely nuanced, like "quote prices for our online courses but never for in-person ones" or "share the class schedule freely, but never confirm a placement without an in-person evaluation." It held up. We've layered in bilingual handling (Catalan/Spanish, with strict rules about never reverting mid-conversation), absence-notification logic for existing families that's completely different from new-lead handling, and detailed escalation rules — and the AI has actually followed them.

Having WhatsApp and our website chat flow into the same inbox has already changed how we handle enquiries day to day. Email, Instagram, and Facebook joining that same console next is genuinely one of the things I'm most looking forward to — a single place for every channel a small business actually uses is worth a lot on its own.

Support has been top notch and the founder even personally replies to emails. There is also a great support community with a lot of help and existing posts/questions.

The bulk import/export feature deserves a specific mention too. Once you've got more than a handful of rules, editing six separate text boxes one at a time gets old fast. Being able to pull the whole config, revise it properly, and push it back in one paste saved real time.

Honest caveat: this isn't a five-minute setup if you want it to actually reflect how your business runs. We went through several real rounds of testing against actual conversations before it felt right — every fix surfaced something else to think through. If you're willing to put that time in, though, what you get out the other end is a genuinely capable, business-specific AI agent, not a generic chatbot. As I am using a long standing WhatsApp business number, I will be exporting the chat history and analysing that for common questions etc. This will make the AI bot even more powerful and answers more targeted. For a lifetime deal, that's excellent value, I would totally recommend this. Plus now that I am playing with it I can see the massive potential for agency use. You could charge people a fortune to set this up and leverage this software big time.
