DouraSoftQ: AI usage & credit billing across subaccounts
1 - If does not have BYOK (its own AI API key) configured, does it use DM Champ's built-in AI for the chatbot replies, FAQ answers and campaign messages?
2 - When the built-in AI is used, how are credits charged (per AI action, Pro vs Economy)? And in an agency setup with multiple subaccounts, which balance is consumed — the master/agency account's credits or each subaccount's own credits?"

Jun 2, 2026A: 1: With byok it uses the sub account api and not DM Champ credit for AI actions
2: Pro is 1 credit per AI action. New max model is 0.25. Economy is 0.5. Depending on whose balance is consumed, it depends on your setup:
1. If the sub-account has their own API key, no credits will be used.
2. If they do not have an API key, their own credits will be used.
3. If the agency has an API key, it will use the agency's key.
4. If the agency does not have an API key, it will use the agency's credits.
