Q: Can you add SMS chats or only Whatsapp? And other questions.
1. In the Google My Business profiles you can add a chat function: 2 options and and Whatsapp, however in US , Whatsapp is not a thing. But we would really want to utilize sms AI chats. Is there any way to do that?
2. We have several locations and would like to use website chat as well , is there a way to pre-define some answers: what are you interested in: option 1, option 2 etc. and depending on the selected option the knowledge base should use the answers only for the selected option. For example, option A, is working 24/7, but the option B works only from 9am-5pm...so if they select a specific option, the answers should be relevant to the previous selection and so on...
3. Are you HIPAA compliant? Or we can store the data/answers elsewhere? Are there options to do that?
