1)a)Is there any documentation on your site showing what is possibe with custom functions (and what is not)?
b)What are the requirements on a third party (like Shopify) to build a function that connects to it?

2)Ay more native integrations planned like:
a)IMAP/SMTP email?
b)Linked In?
c)Shopify?
d)Woo Commerce?

3)Mobile iOS for human handoff
a)Is an iOS mobile app still planned? The main perk being getting a push notfication of human handoff on the go.
b)In the meantime can we configure a custom function to send an human handoff request via sms alert - if so how would this work?

4)Credit billing
a)Is the credit billing still the same - one card charged for the whole account?
b)Is BYOK with seperate keys per sub account planned?
