- A single conversation flow can use just 1 credit even with multiple back-and-forth messages
- A new credit is only used when the AI needs to process and respond to a fresh message thread
In real-world usage:
- Simple conversations typically use 2-3 credits
- Complex sales (like high-ticket items) might use 6-8 credits
- From our data, the average cost per successful conversion is quite reasonable. For example, one of our clients is converting 1 in 3 conversations, meaning they spend about 6-24 credits ($0.60-$2.40) per sale.
And honestly, you'll use way less credits than you might think. We have clients who bought 1,000 credits once and have been running with the same batch for months without needing to top up. The AI is efficient with its "thinking" cycles.
Look, it might seem more expensive compared to other solutions out there, but here's the truth: building an AI that's truly indistinguishable from human responses and can sell is neither easy nor cheap. There are plenty of chatbot tools out there that offer cheaper models and dump all the work on you to figure out. We've seen how that plays out - it's just a cheap way to make users do all the heavy lifting. Also, what does it means "Custom Solutions" in Tier-4? can you share more details?

You will have to set-up a sub-account for each business. Regarding Custom Solutions this refers to help with our Custom Functions feature where you can connect the AI with any system, for example if you want it to be abe to get tracking status of an order.
Just to clarify - each sub-account can have it's own unique domain name, correct?

What is the domain name needed for? It is that connecting to multiple different FB/IG/WA brands or businesses you will need sub-accounts as there can only be 1 Business connected to 1 DM Champ account. However, you can create campaigns for any website but the branding would be off if you did not connect to the appropriate social account.
We have two businesses with two different domain names. Each has it's own FB/IG social media account. If we want to setup the chat button on the two different websites, does that means we need to purchase two licenses?

Ah now it makes sense. You would need 2 DM Champ accounts, this can either be done with Tier 4 because then you can create unlimited sub accounts. Or you can buy 2 licenses and create 2 different accounts with the other tiers.
Thanks again for clarifying the two seperate DM accounts for two different business websites. Just to confirm - if we get two tier-3 DM accounts, can we still get the custom solutions for both businesses?
