Q: Few key questions I’m keen to know before purchase
Good day,
I chatted with your bot on website and it does sound much more natural compared to many others.
1) may I know which claude model do you use for dmchamp bot
2) for byok, how much estimated cost for 1000 messages
3) on whitelabel, I understand from the roadmap that the meta connector is still under dmchamp, am I right? What else points to dmchamp branding…
4) how does the transfer to live agent works…also can the live agent switch back to AI agent?
5) Is chat history permanent?
6) any possibility that the whatsapp number will be banned from using QR scan instead of official whatsapp business api?
7) What does 9 follow up messages across 3 cycles? Can I set the time between each cycle?
8) what are the upcoming new features or updates in the next 1-2 months?
Appreciate your reply. Look forward to hear from you.

For Claude, we use the latest Sonnet model.
Regarding Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and the estimated cost of 1,000 messages: it is hard to say exactly because billing is not per message, but per AI action. For example, five messages could result in one AI response, which would count as one credit.
The total cost really depends on your specific use case:
1. If you are doing simple automation, it might only be one or two credits per chat for a couple of back-and-forths.
2. If you are doing serious qualification for a high-ticket offer, it will be more.
However, the return on investment is clear and it is really a no-brainer. To give you a rough estimate, 1,000 messages would not actually be 1,000 credits. If each response averages five messages, 1,000 divided by five is 200, so that would be about 200 credits.
Regarding White Labeling:
1. The Meta connector is white-labeled now (any mention of it not being so on the roadmap is likely outdated).
2. There are no other references to DM Champ. Everything is white-labeled, including your own API endpoints and embedded codes.
3. Billing goes through your Stripe account.
4. Alert emails use a generic maibox sender.
How does the transfer to a live agent work?
It is pretty simple. You can configure when the AI should hand off the conversation and whether it should notify the contact. Once the transfer happens, the system sends you an email and pauses the AI so you can jump in. When you are ready for the AI to take over again, you just click the resume button.
Is chat history permanent?
Yes, the history remains there, but you always have the option to delete it.
Is there any possibility a WhatsApp number will be banned for using a QR scan instead of the official Business API?
Not really; it has never happened so far. As long as you aren't spamming, you should be fine.
The follow-up system across three cycles requires a bit of explanation:
1. It is an extensive system based on industry best practices.
2. It is fully adjustable, allowing you to set the time between each cycle.
3. It is designed to avoid spamming; if a cycle fails, it doesn't move to the next one to avoid annoying the lead.
4. If a cycle succeeds but the lead goes cold again later, the system may then start the next cycle.
What are our upcoming features or updates for the next month or two?
We will mostly be polishing existing features since we have released a lot of new content recently. Beyond that, a major feature we are looking into is a LinkedIn integration.
