A: Hi there, whitelabel is fully developed but there is always more to add.
Atm works as following:
You buy credits from us, you assign these to sub accounts, you will have to invoice users accordingly based on how many monthly credits you assign to them. - So yes you can offer this to clients long-term
You get a custom domain, your own branding, the only thing that still has our branding is the Meta connector. Actually, this still has our old branding and we have never had someone make an issue out of it.

Yes at some point but it is not priority at the moment as the whitelablers that are using it have no complaints about it.

Despite some whitelablers not complaining about it, this seems to come up quite a lot on AppSumo (and I'm bringing it up again: I want Tier-4 to be fully white-labelled, including the meta connector). It doesn't seem like a huge technical task, so please, if possible, try to prioritize this. I've actually added it to your roadmap as well, hoping to get lots of votes :)

The difficulty is in the meta review process and compliance. We will have to redo it and trust me it is not fun and it can take months.

Ah okay, I understand and it makes sense. Still, it would be great if you could get the ball rolling on this front as well. I know it would be a hassle now... But 1) without it, truly white labelling your platform – the main reason anyone would purchase Tier-4 – is impossible, and 2) if you'd probably do it anyways at some point, then I know a lot of users would prefer sooner rather than later.
