I previously tested DM Champ and found that the AI could not send or receive images/videos in WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns. However, your "Features" page now mentions "Complete Media Intelligence" and "Image Analysis…” So I need a definitive answer before I commit: Can the AI actually "see" and analyze an image a client sends to discuss it in real-time? Can DM Champ send images/videos as native media files during a campaign or a chat (not just a link)? If the AI is text-only, it doesn't work for me. Please clarify if these features are fully operational now. Thanks.

1. Images
2. Videos
3. Voice notes
4. Documents
Actually, we have a bike workshop that uses the image analysis now. Someone sends an image of their issue, and the AI basically does a diagnosis.
However, it cannot send these. That is something on our roadmap, but it has not gotten much support. Can you explain your use case? And where would the AI get this media from? Up to this point, we could not find a clear use case for this, so please elaborate.
