A year has passed and the product hasn't received any updates; the roadmap has been abandoned. What about us, the ones who invested in your app?

I'm one of those who seriously believed in your product, but after receiving several emails saying the roadmap has been closed, I feel quite sad. What about those of us who invested in your product? The features we requested will be developed. Will DM, champion, disappear?

You've marked roadmap items as closed. That means you're not listening to customer feedback.
You're marking features as completed when they were never actually developed.
Honestly, is this just another product that's going to gather dust?
We marked requests as closed because they did not get enough support or they are not viable to develop. Requests that are marked as complete are either already live or fully developed and going through QA.
