If I’m understanding the Roadmap, this might be coming soon, but I want to clarify.

I’m looking for the functionality of ManyChat. Someone comments a specific word on my post, automation sends them a DM with an Email Request, then either more info or an email is then sent off.

Is that what is planned for DM Champ? If so, any idea how long it’ll be before release? I understand you are more than just an auto responder, but this is step one for IG and DM strategy. Your platform looks to be much more than ManyChat, but getting through that first step is crucial.
