Q: Spam / Widget Form / Bot learning / SMS / Appointments / App / Intergrations

Hi Sohaib, thanks for your previous answers.

1)Are there spam safeguards in place - anything automatic or manual tests we can use (like Recaptcha)?

2)Within the web widget, can you can 'request human handover' and fill out a form?

a)Does the bot learn from URL's, pdfs and eCommerce?
b)Is there a public knowledge base option?

4)SMS
a)Will the SMS be in house or Twilio? If in house, will it be based on the same credit system?
b)Is there an ETA?

5)Appointments
a)Is there native Google Calendar intergration to avoid double booking?
b)Can you specify availability by day/time?

6)Is there an ETA on the mobile app (for clients to chat on the go)?

a)What functions are available on the Zapier intergration - I assume you can pass off name/email if collected?
b)Any plans for webhook intergration and/or email providers like Brevo?

A: 1. You can set a limit of how many messages the AI can respond to.

2. Well, not like that. As our AI is built in such a way that 99% of people can't tell it is an AI. But in the rare case if someone realizes it is an AI and says I want to speak to a human, you can add this to the criteria of when to allert a human.

3. At the moment you can provide up to 5 URLs for the AI to get its knowledge from. Files will be added soon.

4. We are already using Twilio behind the scenes. So, the quickest way would be to integrate with them. ETA depends on user votes. The cost will be part of the credits, just like how all other cost such as AI tokens, and Meta WhatsApp Charges are.

5. Yes, you can connect to Google Calendar. And yes you can specify availability just like in a Calendly like tool.

6. No this is not high prio as at the moment, clients just use our web app. So they just go to the app login from the browser.

7. We don't have a native Zapier integration. We have webhooks and custom functions. Webhook can be triggered on events, for example on a certain tag. Custom functions allow the AI to do more. It allows you to connect to any system. It does require a connector such as Zapier. But with this you can for example allow the AI to retrieve order details or tracking details if a contact asks for it. We do plan on adding native email as a channel.

Can I clarify number 3 about '5 URL's' for the AI:
(i)Are the 5 URL's per sub account?
(ii)To clarify is this 5 URL's as in full pages (not entire 5 domains)? This could make working with larger sites or eCommerce product catalogues tricky if it's only 5 full path URLs.
(iii)Do you have plans to increase the number of URL's?

5 urls per campaign. Yes it's only 5 pages and not suitable for large knowledge bases such as e-commerce. We are working on improving this. Right now you can use custom functions, for example For shopify you can build a custom function so the AI can retrieve info of each product.
