The platform's interface (where you set up campaigns, etc.) is currently available in English and Dutch. But the actual conversations - that's where the magic happens. The AI can understand and respond naturally in whatever language your customers use.

Plus, it automatically detects the language your customer is using and sticks to it throughout the conversation. This means you can run campaigns for multiple countries from one account. You can limit the languages the AI can speak. If you test out our demo you will notice it will let you know it can only speak in English. In our case, we have set our bot up like this so we can read back the conversations.
