Pros:

I’ve been using DMChamp as a chat agent on one of my websites, and honestly, I’m very impressed.

The UI is clean and intuitive—everything feels easy to set up and navigate, even without a steep learning curve. What really stands out is the support: Sohaib is very present and responds quickly, which makes a big difference when you’re building and testing things.

On the performance side, the conversation quality is surprisingly good. The agent feels natural, almost human, and handles interactions in a smooth, non-pushy way. As a sales agent, it doesn’t feel aggressive at all—it guides the conversation instead of forcing it.

Another big plus: the platform is actively evolving. There are regular updates and new features being added, which shows real commitment behind the product.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience so far, and I’m genuinely optimistic about how far DMChamp can go.

I've bought a few App Sumo deals over a couple of accounts but this feels like it has the biggest potential for a range of people, from a small business to use this for yourself up to people wanting to build an agency. It's easy to set up, but will take time to master. There's a lot it can do already but the fact that the dev has gone all in on it gives me confidence that this won't just disappear like other products on here.

I hope I can learn to use this great software well and use it with my outlined business plan to build something. I think if it doesn't work out, it'll be on me more than this software.

Heres what i like:
- The Founder: He's super helpful and has implemented lots of user feature requests. (Big Win!)
- The Software: Easy to understand, the chatbot is crazy powerfull, amazing for booking calendars.
- The Future: every week theres another update... its improving at the speed of light. (AWESOME!)

P.S i love how when i suggest an idea and the founder adds it in...!!!
its the best part of using founder led apps rather than big tech companies.

Hey there, I got the P3 and love what you guys are building.

I found a few things a bit weird though and I'm more than happy to change my mind if someone will correct me:

1. I find it weird that your demo link that is one of the main CTAs on your website doesn't work, and it points to a domain that is completely offline (rebrand.ly)

2. the website design has a "vibe-coded" feel which is fine with me, but removes some trust points from users who value privacy and premium vibes of a white label solution

3. when I create sub-accounts, not only the user doesn't receive any email (you said they should) but also the temp password shows up as an image (not text) so I cannot copy paste it.

I generally feel this is a good product, but my main worry is that this product relies too much on one person only (Sohaib) and that it doesn't get to mature enough to become a solid whitelabel solution, which normally requires quite a solid team.
