From Frustrated User to Daily User — DM Champ Has Come a Long Way
I first purchased DM Champ on AppSumo almost two years ago.
At that time, I really wanted to use AI for my fitness business, but honestly, it wasn't ready for my workflow. The AI sometimes hallucinated class schedules, there was no way to connect to my own CRM, and I eventually stopped using it.
Fast forward two years...
I decided to give DM Champ another try, and I'm genuinely impressed by how much it has evolved.
Today I'm running it in a real production environment for my trampoline fitness studio in Taiwan, connected to my own CRM through APIs, Custom Functions, Webhooks, and AI automation.
What impressed me the most isn't just the new features—it's the development team.
During the past few weeks I've reported several real-world issues while integrating DM Champ into my business:
• Custom Functions runtime bugs
• Webhook testing issues
• Cloud Functions compatibility
• AI Paused behavior with imported conversations
• Traditional Chinese localization
• Daily Summaries in Traditional Chinese
• Taiwan time zone support
• Response limit behavior affecting customer experience
Every single report was acknowledged.
Several bugs were fixed within days.
Some improvements were added to the product roadmap.
A few even resulted in updates to the official documentation.
That's something I rarely see from SaaS companies.
The team didn't just reply with "Thanks for the feedback."
They investigated production logs, explained the root cause, fixed the issues, and kept me updated throughout the process.
As someone building my own CRM for fitness studios, I don't expect software to be perfect.
What matters to me is whether the team listens, improves, and continues shipping meaningful updates.
DM Champ has proven exactly that.
If you tried DM Champ a long time ago and decided it wasn't the right fit, I honestly recommend taking another look.
The platform has matured significantly, especially if you're looking to integrate AI with your own systems rather than using a standalone chatbot.
I'm excited to see where the platform goes next, and I'm glad I decided to come back.
Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Character Instructions Limit for Agency with 100+ Clients
Hi Sohaib / DM Champ Team,
First of all, congrats on the product — it looks very promising for white-label agencies like mine.
I'm seriously considering Plan 6 ($999) to resell AI sales agents to my clients, but I have a critical question before purchasing:
**Is there any way to expand the 100,000 character instructions limit beyond the cap?**
Here's my situation:
- I plan to serve **100+ clients** from one account
- Each client will need a **minimum of 2,000–5,000 characters** for their custom knowledge base (products, pricing, FAQs, sales scripts, objection handling, etc.)
- That means I'd need approximately **200,000–500,000 characters total**
- 100,000 characters would only allow ~1,000 per client, which is far too limited for real-world use
**My specific questions:**
1. Is the 100,000 character limit a **hard global cap** across all sub-accounts, or does each sub-account have its own independent quota?
2. If it's global, is there an option to **purchase additional character capacity** (one-time or recurring)?
3. Is there a **roadmap plan** to increase this limit in the future?
4. Would a **custom/enterprise deal** be possible for agencies with this volume of clients?
I understand you're a growing startup and I'm not expecting unlimited resources — I just need to know if this is viable at scale before committing.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,

Aug 13, 2026Hi Oliver, thanks for the kind words, and for doing the math before buying rather than after.
Good news: the math is based on a misunderstanding of how the limit works, and the real answer is much better than you are expecting.
The 100,000 character limit is not a global account cap. It applies per AI agent. Each of your clients gets their own sub-account, each sub-account carries its own...

Woke up to a fixed product! 5 stars ⭐
I gotta say, I am beyond impressed with DMChamp! The software is incredible value for the price. Get it, guys!
I bumped into a couple of bugs while setting things up, so I reached out to support before heading to bed. Honestly, I expected to wait a few days for a reply, but when I woke up the next morning, BOTH bugs were already completely fixed! I got an email from Sohaib explaining everything had been fixed. Everything was running smoothly. That kind of speed and dedication to fixing issues is super rare. Huge props to the team. Definitely worth 5 stars!

The absolute worst customer service
I tried setting this up and for some reason it just would not work. I reached out to customer service, and they took forever to respond. I even sent a video, and still nothing. When they finally did reply, their only suggestion was to “check the documentation,” but the documentation is outdated, so that didn’t help at all.
All I was trying to do was connect Instagram. Since they don’t have a direct Instagram integration, you have to go through Meta. At the time, I didn’t even have Facebook, so I created an account just to connect it—and it still didn’t work. It has now been three days, and I still haven’t gotten the issue resolved.
You would think they would either hop on a call or at least send a walkthrough video, but no—just repeated questions about whether I read their documentation.
Honestly, you’re better off using ManyChat. I was able to set everything up there in under three minutes.

Aug 6, 2026Hi, sorry this left you frustrated. Pointing you to the documentation mid troubleshooting was not our best moment. In fairness, it came while the team was already hands-on with your account, and those guides cover the exact step-by-step walkthroughs you were asking for, but we get how it landed. Apologies for that.
Some context for anyone reading. Every message got a reply. Our in-app assistant...

Wow — this actually delivers.
I've been a fan of this software since the very beginning. What sold me was watching the founder, Sohaid, write genuinely persuasive copy and run smart marketing — I figured that same skill set would be baked into the AI itself. So I went straight for max tier and also invested a fairly large sum in credits while the one-time bundle offer was running.
It took me a while to finally get around to testing it, and expectations were high. After the first test, I can say it really works.
I loaded a list of 15 people who had come in as leads through our ads. We had already contacted each of them once (call + SMS + email) and gotten no response, so I handed them over to DM Champ. Within the first hour, it had booked three meetings — straight into my Google Calendar, fully automated.
Next I'll train the AI further and dig into the other features on the platform. Their support has always replied fast and knew what they were talking about.
The white-label option was the single most decisive factor for me — it feels like I'll be able to sell this under my own brand going forward.
I can absolutely recommend taking a look at this. I'm genuinely excited, and I'm planning to test it at a much larger scale next. The possibilities are close to limitless once you can train the AI to fit the exact situation. Big recommendation.
