DM Champ Reviews

This is my first review on AppSumo.
So far, I have been more than satisfied with dmchamp. Sohaib has been very helpful, he responded in detail to all of my emails and helped me set up everything correctly.
He also promptly addressed any bugs that I pointed out in our communication.
Dm champ has been of great help on mine & client's sites. It is managing the workload of an entire customer support office and we couldn't be happier with the performance.

I have not yet had a chance to test it until now.
I set up an automation for my little brothers Water Filtration Site within a night.
I then had his wife test it, she said "it is 100 times better than their work chatbot and you set it up overnight lol". She works at an huge bank which is global.
Very impressed.

I have been with AppSumo for many years and have to say that DM Champ my best purchase so far. This is my first purchase review and it is due to the quality of the product and the amazing customer service and community that comes with it, Every time I had a question and sent an email to explain a feature Sohaib is on it and let me tell you - the response was fat. This is a well managed product and there are steady well thought out updates being rolled out that benefit us and our clients. Just want to say great job to your team and if this comes available again make sure to order this for your business.

Thats the review. Can't get better than that right? Lol. I'm building an agency and I've tested every darn AI chat tool that's crossed my desk in the last four years. Most of them feel like I'm the idiot. DMChamp was different from the first conversation. I reached out with questions, got into a real back-and-forth. It was detailed, thoughtful, patient, and about forty minutes in I realized I couldn't tell if I was talking to Sohaib himself or one of his own bots. If it was him, he's the most attentive founder I've ever dealt with. If it was the bot, then he built something that made me want to keep talking, which is the whole point of a conversational AI tool. Either way, I bought in a few days later. Three things that made me go all in: The white-label goes all the way down. Not a logo swap. My clients will never see DMChamp's name, ever. It looks and feels like my own product. I've never seen another tool commit to that this completely. One inbox across a whole bunch of the important channels. WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, web chat, email. it's not five separate tools duct-taped together. It's one conversation thread per person no matter where they reach out. For an agency managing multiple businesses, that's the difference between organized and overwhelmed. BYOK means my margins are mine. I plug in my own AI keys, my own email provider, my own texting, even iMessage. No markup, no middleman billing surprises. The economics actually work at scale. Sohaib, if that was you in the chat: you're incredible. If it was your bot: you're more incredible. Either way, I'm telling people about this.

One of, if not THE best tool ever bought on Appsumo. The way Sohaib works is unbelievable. You ask for improvements, they get done. Sometimes the same day. Unbelievable support and a great tool that is developed every day. Hats off!
