I've been in direct contact with Sohaib about this system since the day I purchased, and have been utilizing it on 2 of my business sites. 1st is my local business, and the other is my online business. Sohaib is very open to listening to user feedback. The AI is absolutely UNREAL. NO ONE has anything close to the way it interacts, the follow-ups, etc. I had been trying to figure out how this would play out, because there are some very key factors missing that they don't currently have, and desperately need. Some are trivial, but below is crucial...

1: Instant notification Via App, or SMS.

I’ve tried many chatbots, both from appsumo and other platforms . DM Champ is the most realistic and human-like. Others claim so but doesn’t sound like one. If you chat with DM champ, you’re probably think you’re having a conversation with a real person. Most important , the support has been amazing and quick. Sohaib personally supported me through out when I come across issues during setup. Even recording videos to troubleshoot for my reference. I haven’t fully explored all the features.
If you need a human-like agent chatbot, DM champ is your solution. Forget the others 🤩

DM-champ has truly impressed me. One of the standout features is the exceptionally fast and helpful customer support. Questions are answered quickly, clearly, and in a very solution-oriented way — something that is far from guaranteed these days.

Another major advantage is the level of automation. It’s remarkable how accurately and efficiently answers are generated directly from my website. This saves a significant amount of time and makes daily workflows much smoother.

The documentation is also very well done. It is clearly structured, easy to understand, and genuinely useful for both beginners and more advanced users.

Overall, DM-champ is a well-designed and powerful product that I would definitely recommend.

I've tested a few support chat apps making their rounds on AppSumo, but DM Champ is in a different category. The NLP (Natural Language Processing) is the best I've seen on the platform when it comes to sounding genuinely human. Not robotic, not templated. Human.

I deployed it as a support chat for a client and was impressed by how fast it got up to speed. Feed it your knowledge base and it learns quickly, then adapts to your brand's communication style and tone over time. Customer-facing support that actually sounds like your team wrote it.
The real standout? It handles appointment booking right inside the chat. Not "here's a Calendly link" -- it does the work. It checks Google Calendar, suggests available times, and once confirmed, sends a confirmation in the chat and via email. But here's the moment that sold me: I stepped away mid-setup and that afternoon, the bot sent me a follow-up email asking if I wanted to finish configuring the appointment flow. The support experience selling the support experience.

On the product side, Sohaib and the support team are responsive and fast to implement feedback. As a product designer, I hold apps to a high standard on UI and UX. Setup took about an hour including testing. The interface is clean, and when I flagged some improvements around calendar availability, they shipped it. I'd still like the bot response time to feel snappier -- they have speed settings but I wanted mine a bit faster. They said they'd look into it. Call it luck, but this is the pattern I keep seeing with the better AppSumo founders. They actually listen.

This is seriously next level. I have been creating AI Chat Sites for a while now and also use Chatbots in other businesses I own.

I really don't like social media and don't use it personally but need it for traffic for a new SAAS, so I created 5 social media platform profiles and set up Marky (another AppSumo deal I bought) to post content automatically.

Messages started coming in and I thought what have I done. I don't want to deal with all this. Then I saw DM Champ and jumped on it. I uploaded my website url and some information and course lists I had in documents through the onboarding process, connected my socials and site, and then tested it.

Like this is insanely good! It built a rapport with the user by asking questions about where they were at, what they were going through, and their needs, went through building on that as though it was a real person who really cared about the user. Then out of the 70 course outlines I had given it in training it chose the exact right course to recommend to the person. I have never seen such an intuitive chatbot before and this is literally like having a whole team of the best sales people working for you for free. But more than that it sounds like a real person who genuinely cares about the user and the outcome for them. Not like generic AI bot answers.

If you sell anything online, this will fast become your most valuable sales and support agent. I only got it to link to socials and now I'm going to use it everywhere. Why sell yourself when you can just DM Champ it.
