We recently purchased DM Champ on AppSumo for our hotel in Spain, and although we're still in the early phase, the results are already very promising! The tool allows us to answer frequently asked questions from guests 24/7 without any staff intervention. Setting up DM Champ was surprisingly straightforward; its user-friendly interface and intuitive setup made it easy to go live quickly.

One of the standout features is the ability to upsell products and services when guests reach out. We can now promote upgrades, breakfast packages, upselling rental bikes or late check-outs directly in the chat, and this has already started generating extra revenue.
