One of DMChampโ€™s strongest points is its vision. The platform is clearly moving toward becoming a complete solution for inbox management, automation, and sales pipelines for agencies and businesses that depend on messaging channels. Features like the shared inbox, AI conversations, deal pipeline, media library, opening messages, and automation tools make it a very useful product for handling leads and improving response times. โšก๐Ÿค–

The new Media Library is a great addition. ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽฅ It helps make conversations more dynamic, and I believe it could become even more powerful if it were connected directly with conversation flows, allowing users to define which media file should be sent at each stage of the customer journey. Also, the opening message feature is very useful because it can improve the first interaction with leads without increasing token usage. Adding images to opening messages would make this even better for WhatsApp conversions. ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธโœ…

The product also has strong potential for agencies. ๐Ÿข๐Ÿ“ˆ However, agencies need more pricing clarity in order to scale with confidence. When selling this type of solution to clients, we have to consider advertising costs, AI usage, WhatsApp or Twilio fees, follow-up messages, training, automation, implementation time, and agency margins. A clearer cost estimator or usage calculator would help agencies build better client packages and avoid unexpected costs. ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ“Š

There are also some areas that need improvement. WhatsApp Web connection reliability is very important. ๐Ÿ”Œโš ๏ธ If a number disconnects, users need immediate and reliable alerts through email, in-app notifications, webhooks, or other urgent channels. In some cases, reconnecting does not work and the number has to be deleted and added again, which creates concerns about credits and operational stability. The Deals section also needs some improvements. ๐Ÿ“Œ It would be very helpful to search contacts by name or phone number directly inside the Deal Pipeline. The scrolling experience could also be smoother, with better spacing to avoid accidentally selecting contacts. Another useful improvement would be syncing Meta labels from the Meta inbox into DMChamp. ๐Ÿท๏ธ๐Ÿ”„ This would save teams a lot of manual work and make the transition from Meta tools to DMChamp much easier.
