DM Champ is easily one of the most exciting tools I’ve picked up on appSumo. The team is constantly improving the platform, listening to users, and adding genuinely powerful features like AI automation, multi-channel messaging, white-label capabilities, custom functions, and now MCP servers. You can clearly see the vision behind the product, and I’m loving the platform so far.

The feature I’m most excited about—and I know many other users are waiting for—is the upcoming credit-saving feature where the platform can detect specific keywords and send predefined responses without using AI credits. This could be an absolute game-changer, especially for businesses handling thousands of repetitive customer questions. Save AI credits for conversations that actually need AI, while simple keyword-based questions are answered automatically. That is easily one of my most wanted features!

Overall, DM Champ has huge potential, and I’m excited to see where the team takes it. Loving the platform and looking forward to all the upcoming improvements. 🚀
