So far, I have been more than satisfied with dmchamp. Sohaib has been very helpful, he responded in detail to all of my emails and helped me set up everything correctly.
He also promptly addressed any bugs that I pointed out in our communication.
Dm champ has been of great help on mine & client's sites. It is managing the workload of an entire customer support office and we couldn't be happier with the performance.
