I have had adequate time to test this tool. At first it was a bit of a learning curb since there are a lot of options. Once I trained my agent with my website and documentation and tested it. I knew it was a game changer. Conversations are very natural. I am currently training for a client's site who is in the financial industry with specific asks. This will be a good test before I roll it out to other clients. Looking forward to the major updates this month with the new interface and other additions as Sohaib Ahmad is very active in the community and it just keeps getting better.
