Sohaib has been great with the support. I was initially having issues with the setup and didn't receive a response, and posted on the questions here on AppSumo. Sohaib asked me to re-send it as he never received it.

Since then, he's been great with the support. I still need more experience with the product and will try to deploy this with customers soon!
