I’ve been looking for a marketing tool that can manage SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger, and this platform does a phenomenal job when it comes to inbound communication.

One area that could be improved is outbound messaging. For example, sending introductory messages to new clients doesn’t always trigger the outreach as expected. I’d also love to see an SMS broadcast feature added, as I regularly host Zoom calls and need an efficient way to send reminders and Zoom links to multiple clients via SMS or WhatsApp.

Overall, it’s a great tool with strong inbound capabilities, and a few enhancements to outbound messaging would make it even better.
