I was skeptical about the lack of team (ai building and servicing an ai product), but I was really wrong. I was so skeptical that after I initially purchased the agency, I downgraded to tier 1 to "test it out" after being burned on a few other products.

It took me about 2 days to go back to the highest tier and never looked back. This is not a dumb ai chatbot. This thing acts and sounds human once you train it on your service. It legit can take a DM message from a FB post and nuture the lead, answer questions in a human way, and book the appt (i am using it to book jobs for plumbers, roofers, hvac, etc)

Also, the community for DM Champ is great. A really good place to learn and bounce ideas off each other.
