The AI replies sound like a real person, not a bot. That was my biggest worry going in.

The founder him self replies fast and updates keep coming.

The downside is setup. There is a lot to configure and the docs lag behind the newest features. I figured a few things out by testing them. AI replies also use credits so watch your volume before you scale.

Worth it for the price. Give yourself a proper block of time to set it up.
