I set a chatbot up on my website and it has done well as a demo of its capabilities.

I'm setting one up for an e-commerce client to perform sales after office hours, and so far it is very promising.

I like the fact that they constantly update it, and every time I've had a question, I've gotten great help from WhatsApp support bot, which is part of their same system.

I think with the new additions that are coming, this is going to be an even more valuable tool going forward.
