Early stages, but here's where I'm at:

What works well:
- White-label setup is clean - custom domain, branding, favicon all configurable. Had a minor issue with image upload, DMChamp team fixed it in less than 1h once flagged.
- BYOK works as advertised. Connected my Anthropic key, and the first real conversation came through within hours.
- Voice notes, images, and human handoff all worked on the first test.
- Instagram and Facebook Messenger connected without issues.
- Sohaib and the team is genuinely responsive. Technical questions get honest, detailed answers - not canned replies.

What could improve:
- Model selection per agent for BYOK (confirmed on roadmap).
- Instagram contacts come in as "Unknown Unknown" - Meta's User Profile API can fix this.
- Would love to see Comment-to-DM automation and TikTok as future channels.
- Native integrations with booking platforms (Booksy, OpenTable, etc.) would be a big plus - I know custom API works, but native would save time.
- Prompt caching optimisation for BYOK users to reduce input token overhead.

Bottom line: Product is solid, the founder listens, and support is fast. Will update this review as I progress with real usage.
