The absolute worst customer service
I tried setting this up and for some reason it just would not work. I reached out to customer service, and they took forever to respond. I even sent a video, and still nothing. When they finally did reply, their only suggestion was to “check the documentation,” but the documentation is outdated, so that didn’t help at all.
All I was trying to do was connect Instagram. Since they don’t have a direct Instagram integration, you have to go through Meta. At the time, I didn’t even have Facebook, so I created an account just to connect it—and it still didn’t work. It has now been three days, and I still haven’t gotten the issue resolved.
You would think they would either hop on a call or at least send a walkthrough video, but no—just repeated questions about whether I read their documentation.
Honestly, you’re better off using ManyChat. I was able to set everything up there in under three minutes.

In fairness, it came while the team was already hands-on with your account, and those guides cover the exact step-by-step walkthroughs you were asking for, but we get how it landed. Apologies for that.
Some context for anyone reading. Every message got a reply. Our in-app assistant answers instantly around the clock, and the team spent hours with you, checking your account and confirming your STRENGTH keyword campaign was already built correctly with your preorder link ready to go. The video came in close to 11 at night our time with a follow-up around 2 in the morning. We answer fast during the day, overnight messages get answered when the sun comes up, and this review went up before we had a chance to act on that video.
On the Instagram connection: it runs through a Facebook login, and hundreds of accounts connect through it every day without issue. You were the first to hit the wall of not having a Facebook account at all, so we actually started building a direct Instagram login for exactly that case, and it is rolling out. Worth knowing too that Meta hands an Instagram inbox to one tool at a time, so with another tool connected to the same account, a conflict there is worth ruling out.
