I've been in direct contact with Sohaib about this system since the day I purchased, and have been utilizing it on 2 of my business sites. 1st is my local business, and the other is my online business. Sohaib is very open to listening to user feedback. The AI is absolutely UNREAL. NO ONE has anything close to the way it interacts, the follow-ups, etc. I had been trying to figure out how this would play out, because there are some very key factors missing that they don't currently have, and desperately need. 1: Instant notification Via App, or SMS.
