Picked up DM Champ and honestly pretty blown away. The bot actually sounds human, like it breaks up messages naturally, doesnt send walls of text and handles back and forth conversations without sounding robotic at all. My customers genuinely cant tell theyre talking to AI which is kind of wild lol

Setup was easy pretty much plug and play. Got it running with my ads and its been handling incoming DMs smoothly. The playbook system is solid, once you get it dialed in it can handle some suprisingly complex conversations.

But the real standout is the founder Sohaib and his team. Ive tried other tools in this space and the support was always painfully slow. Here bugs get fixed in minutes not days. And hes actually shipping features the community asks for which is refreshing honestly.

Only real complaint is the documentation for more advanced configurations could use some work. You CAN do alot with the tool but sometimes you’rekind of figuring things out on your own when you go beyond the basics. Would love to see more detailed guides or walkthroughs for the power user stuff
