Q: Can we assign (optionally) an access code to a workspace ?
IT support can remotely access my work laptop without my knowledge. As an added precaution, an access code (such as a 4-digit code) might safeguard important documents within specific workspaces. For instance, asking the code when switching to a secured workspace.
A: Thanks for your question—and for thinking ahead about document security.
At the moment, we don't offer the ability to assign access codes to specific workspaces. It's definitely a niche request, but your use case is valid and well noted. While we don’t currently have plans to implement this feature in the near term, we’ll keep it in mind as we continue refining our platform’s security and access controls.
A: Great question! Here are some practical use cases:
Bulk Document Processing: Automatically upload and analyze hundreds (or thousands) of documents at once—no need for manual drag-and-drop. Perfect for HR, finance, legal, or research teams handling constant document inflows.
Automated Data Extraction: Use the API to extract key information (like names, dates, totals, policy numbers, contract clauses, etc.) from your PDFs and push that structured data directly into your other business tools, databases, or CRMs.
Custom Workflow Integrations: Trigger document analysis or summarization directly from your existing systems (ERP, email, cloud storage, ticketing tools) whenever a new document arrives or a specific event occurs.
Real-Time Insights: Automate Q&A or insights generation for incoming documents—think of real-time risk checks for insurance, claim adjudication for healthcare, or instant compliance review in legal.
Batch Summarization & Reporting: Schedule regular document summarization, compliance checks, or analytics reporting to run automatically and deliver the results wherever you need them.
Multi-Document Comparison: Automatically compare new documents with your knowledge base (policies, contracts, scientific articles) to spot discrepancies, duplicates, or extract the latest changes.
If you can automate a document workflow, you can probably build it with our API! We’re seeing users integrate docAnalyzer.ai to build internal dashboards & create truly custom, intelligent document solutions.
A: In term of OCR, you can check the supported language here : https://docanalyzer.ai/faq/general/ocr-languages#ocr-languages (Arabic is supported but not Hebrew). For the chat, it depends on each model, but most are supporting both Arabic and Hebrew.
