On Development Momentum
Your public roadmap shows an impressive and consistent delivery cadence from May 2024 through July 2025 — 15 consecutive months of shipped features, which speaks to real execution discipline. However, since August 2025, no new items have been marked as delivered, resulting in an 8-month visible gap as of today.
Could the team share whether this gap reflects a shift toward deeper architectural work (e.g., stability improvements, indexing engine refactoring) that simply isn't surfaced on the public roadmap? Or has development velocity genuinely slowed due to resource constraints?

A Must for Scientists & Medical Providers!
DocAnalyzer.ai is a game-changer for my document workflow. It seems to work much like Google's NotebookLM, but does not have all the same functionality. As a scientist and medical provider, immediate access to my medical resources is critical. I simply ask questions of my uploaded resources and receive instant answers and summaries. The interface is simple and intuitive. This app is essential for boosting productivity in specialized fields. I like everything about this product and dislike absolutely nothing about it!

Great Potential Realised – Support Came Through When Needed
docAnalyzer.ai has great potential and, if everything works as promised, it can be an excellent tool — especially considering the value in Tier 3.
The main features in the back office seem to work well. The OCR, for example, performs accurately when I upload documents directly through the platform.
When testing the API, I initially had a frustrating experience: calling the OCR endpoint returned a 500 "Unexpected Error!" — a generic message that gave no clues about the issue.
However, after they located the missing emails, support responded promptly and helped resolve the issue effectively. The team was helpful, attentive, and managed to overcome the initial problems I encountered with the API.
Therefore, with the issues resolved and considering the overall quality of the tool, I'm updating my review to 5 tacos. The product is excellent and shows strong potential for continued growth.

Some features that should be included!
The tool works well but lacks some important features for my case:
1- Divide by heading, bookmark, and number of page for PDF processing instead of only dividing every 10 pages; the processing results will be better (similar to the Socrates tool on AppSumo).
2- Step-by-step workflow with drag-and-drop.

Frustrating
Unable to proceed with a simple set of instructions. I got messages that an unexpected error had occurred, and then, once I was able to get an answer, the answer got cut off. The longest answer covered probably 20% of my instructions. Tried multiple times, resulting in wasting credits.
In its current state, I am unable to recommend docAnalyzer. I do hope it improves. So far it has been a frustrating experience.
Six lines of text as an answer is simply unacceptable for my needs.

May 22, 2025We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. This is definitely not the standard we aim for at docAnalyzer.ai. Issues like cut-off answers or unexpected errors are not normal, and we take them very seriously.
Unfortunately, we weren’t contacted through support before your review, which limits our ability to investigate and resolve what went wrong in your case. We'd really...
