Q: Chatbot learning

Q's:
1. If I embed Google Docs. Is the Chatbot learning able to use all the embedded Google Docs articles, or does it only have capability of learning native Docsie articles?
2. Can I ember into an article external data sources, such as a public website page, and again would the Chatbot be able to use this knowledge?
3. Are the public portals/knowledge bases mobile optimised?
4. Can a public knowledge base / portal be hidden from online search engines so only internal staff can access it, or is there a way that only internal staff can access it if it's a public knowledge base/portal
5. Is there any chatbot limits on any tiers. Am I able to have 5 chatbots on a single knowledge base using different articles, etc? I am considering 30 different chatbots that use the same knowlege base, but have 1 extra article that differentiates them.

A: Chatbot can only learn from native Docsie content, not embedded Google Docs. The chatbot can use embedded content from external sites, but its primary learning is based on Docsie articles. Yes, public knowledge bases are mobile-optimized. You can restrict access via settings like "noindex" or password protection. Different tiers may have limits on the number of chatbots you can use, but it's often possible to have multiple chatbots for a single knowledge base.

Q: AS Tier vs Docsie Plans Don't Match

Hi, deal term says "All future Standard Plan updates", but the Appsumo higher tiers looksmore similar to Premium or Business plan on Docsie website.

Can please help to clarify? Are Appsumo Tier 3 should be mapped to premium plan and Appsumo Tier 4 mapped to Business plan?

If I only buy Tier 2, can I only use the in-app help center and API features for a monthly fee if I want to later?

For Tier 2, you can access the in-app help center and API features, but these come with additional fees on top of the base plan.

Q: Hi Just purchased the top tier for this App and found out that the templates are not included unless I upgrade.

Is this a glitch? I was very excited to use Docsie to help with compliance but now frustrated as even though I purchased the top tier, there are no templates. I think it should be included, please confirm.
