Knowledge Base & Data Sources: While we support file uploads, currently don't support connecting data sources, or crawling websites to train the chatbot, we are continually evolving and plan to explore these capabilities in the future.
Custom Reports: Our chatbot doesn't generate custom reports based on client data yet, but we are actively working on expanding our features to include such automation in the near future.
Automated Responses: Automated email replies and similar functions are not yet fully supported, but we have plans to explore this in our future updates.
Integrations: We offer a wide range of integrations with zapier. We can provide specific details based on your requirements.
