Does Not work on their website !

I am really disappointed to be fair.

I had such high hopes for this as we are in need of something that does what this product advertises. I tiered out thinking this would replace some of the others we have tried but dont quite do what we need or want.

There are silly little bugs that send up red flags like uploading a profile image wouldn't work and I was unable to get any form of help from the chatbot. Apart from how to upload a profile picture which i already knew.

I thought no problem, I will use their support, I expected AI but it was pretty much a useless response. The information was sketchy and just kept coming up with the same off pat but unhelpful response to heck out their online documentation.

Even the basic AI help bots will take your email and contact information and pass it over if they do not have live chat but not this one. It does not even do that.

Surely a software purporting to - "Create product documentation that you can transform into a knowledge base and in-app help center" should be able to provide basic information on its own website using its own software?

Maybe the software is a lot better than i give it credit for at present but I have just lost all confidence in it and, as this would be used on clients sites as well as my own.

What a shame.

A bit of a learning curve but clean UI

The back-end had a bit of a learning curve to understand shelves, books etc. I ended up learning via trial and error and it seems to work great. I got the basic plan so even though the cname is not included I can live with it because it’s only being used as a knowledge base. The front end looks simple, clean and friendly. I did not encounter what the previous reviewer mentioned with the upselling. Thanks for offering this deal.

Very bad UX, Trying to upsell you on every page, no reply to support requests, does not work at all for me.

Online support form did not work. Writing an email to hello@docsie.io was unanswered in over a week. And the AI support bot is only annoying.

The UX is slow, complicated and has a "Upgrade plan" button like everywhere.. Not sure why I'm paying 600 USD for what feels a very restricted access to that product. I'll wait another week if I'll get a response from anyone who can explain how this thing is supposed to work.
