Q: I have a word document that we want to use to collect client instructions in Documentero
Hi we are a UK based Estate Planning provider helping client with Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Can I use the word document in Documentero to collect the instructions for a couple of people, generally husband and wife? The instructions can also have multiple people appointed to act for the clients such as executors. Each person may also choose different executors and beneficiaries. Can I attach or send you a copy of the document we want to use?
A: It sounds doable using our shareable forms and conditions in our templates. Sure you can contact us if you have specific questions regarding template creation.
Any news about using custom fonts in PDF if we have personally bought them?
I know custom fonts are preserved in DOCX, but it would be cool if we could upload our own custom fonts which we have purchased and use them in PDFs the same way we export DOCX to PDF locally.
A: Hi. We expanded number of fonts we support in our documents, see our documenation FAQ. However due to legal reasons custom fonts cannot be used during PDF document generation. Output document will use default/similar font in that case.
Hey there this is my business case: I would like my customers to fill out a form with their details and then have a backend AI API personalising a report based on my company's methodology and eventually that being created into a neatly designed PDF. Would Documentero alone be suitable for this? Or are there any connectors you would advise it would be possible with in conjunction with PDF maker?
A: Our built-in forms does not use AI to create more content as of now however you can easily achieve it with external forms and workflow automation in Make or Zapier and use Documentero for PDF generation
I run a music school and plan to provide e-certificates to my students. Can I use Documentero to generate a QR code on the certificate's hard copy, so that when someone scans it, they are directed to a webpage for authenticity validation?
A: Hi. You can used shared forms to generate documents that you can full customize and embeed on your website (logo, colors, text). The app interface and shareable form UI are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Polish.

Q: Can we share with our community and have it be read in every language?
This will be amazing if that was the case and also white label with unlimited
