We personalize just about everything. I have a couple of Tier3 licenses loaded in my cart
How are the personalization details presented in order details.
A) Amazon - do DodgePrint order - is that just a link to a zip file or does the order detail gather each name:value into the order details, such as Name: John Doe, Date: 1-1-2026, Image: URL of the image on Amazon Server where the image is uploaded by the customer
B) Etsy - I realize personalization comes through on Etsy in a free form notes, such as "Please put the name as John Doe, date 1-1-2026 and I will message you the image later. Does DodgePrint order detail include the personalization notes?
C) Shopify, we use Custom Fields app that enhances the order with personalization details in name:value pairs - does DodgePrint bring that in?

A) Amazon & B) Etsy: Yes, DodgePrint captures personalization details (like Name: Value pairs) directly within the Order Items section, not just as a link. We also import Order Notes and Gift Messages if available. Additionally, you can view a customization summary right from the main order list without opening each order.
C) Shopify: We sync standard order line items and properties. If your 3rd-party Custom Fields app saves data to standard "Line Item Properties" or "Notes," it should appear in DodgePrint. However, since our Shopify integration is newly released, we recommend testing a single order to confirm compatibility with your specific app.
D) TikTok Shop: Yes, any notes left by the customer at checkout are imported and visible in the Order Note section, similar to Etsy.
