Not clear that this is not for service businesses
I was excited to try Dodo, however, when trying to sign up after making the purchase, I found that it wouldn't allow me to sign up. My company has been doing digital marketing and website design for over a decade. But we're excluded.
Wish it was clearer before I made the purchase that service-based businesses are not invited.

Dodo Payments is built to support SaaS, AI, and digital product businesses. Service-based businesses, such as digital marketing or web design, are currently not supported due to Merchant of Record compliance requirements.

We aim to be transparent about supported and unsupported use cases and will continue improving how this is communicated.
If this does not fit your business model, AppSumo purchases can be refunded directly through AppSumo within their refund window.
